1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site"), operated by Vasai Virar Properties . By browsing the Site, submitting an enquiry, or otherwise using it, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About the Site

The Site is an information and enquiry platform for new residential and commercial projects in Virar, Nalasopara, Vasai and Naigaon in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. We are a MahaRERA-registered real estate agent and channel partner to the developers whose projects are listed here.

We are not the seller, developer or promoter of any project listed on the Site. The Site does not itself sell, lease or transfer any property.

3. Information accuracy

Project details shown on the Site — including prices, configurations, carpet areas, amenities, possession dates and images — are sourced from the respective developers and publicly available information. This information can change without notice and may not always be current.

Before making any decision, you should independently verify project details directly with the developer and by checking the project's registration on the MahaRERA website. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currentness of any information on the Site.

4. Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through the Site — including the "Get Price", "Get Floor Plan", "Watch Video" and general enquiry forms — is not a booking, offer, reservation or contract of any kind. It is simply a request for more information.

When you submit an enquiry, we may share it with the developer of the project you enquired about, or their authorised sales team, so they can respond to you directly. By submitting an enquiry, you consent to being contacted about it by phone call, WhatsApp, SMS and email — including on a phone number registered on the National Customer Preference Register (DND), for the sole purpose of responding to the enquiry you submitted.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
  • Scrape, crawl or use automated means to access or extract data from the Site, other than standard search engine indexing;
  • Submit false, misleading or spam enquiries;
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt or compromise the security or functioning of the Site; or
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's design, layout, text, graphics and underlying software belong to Vasai Virar Properties and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Project images, floor plans, logos and brand names belong to their respective developers and owners and are used with their permission or under fair use for informational purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, reliance on information on the Site, or any transaction or decision you make in connection with a project listed on the Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold Vasai Virar Properties harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms of Use.
